I had a check declined at our local grocery store. The first time this happened the clerk accidentally typed in the wrong amount ($3286.27) so Certegy declined the check.
I called and they said that was the error. Two days ago I wrote a check, after writing several others after the incident at the same store and it was declined. I am approaching having written 10,000 checks in my 22 years of marriage and have never had this humiliating experience ever. For some reason this stupid company has me flagged for no reason and I am *** pissed off.
I want this fixed as soon as possible. Your company is becoming a hinderance in my financial life and you need to fix it permanently.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: To be able to speak with someone who has the authority to override/reprogram the computer that has us flagged fraudulently.
I didn't like: Not being able to speak to someone after hours, I am a teacher.
