I simply have one question to ask them, and it is of great importance to me, however, you CAN NOT get a live person on the phone. EVER.
This is a very irresponsible way to run a business, especially since you're dealing with people's money and credit.
It doesn't matter what time of day you call them, you will never get a live person on the phone. It's a total joke. I have never had such a time trying to reach someone.
There is really nothing more to say other than this company is utter *** It makes never want to shop at Kroger again if they're going to use these clown shoes as their check processor. Both Certegy and Kroger (as well as anyone else who uses them) to get their heads out of their *sses.
