Attempted to pay by check for a purchase at a local Big 5 on 15 May 2017. My check was rejected by this company.

I have great credit, have never had an issue before. Big 5's manager gave me the Certegy card so I could find out why my check was rejected. Here's what Certegy wants if you call or write: Full name, current address, date declined, dollar amount, merchant name, name of my financial institution w/checking account #, check/draft/transfer#, my date of birth, home telephone number, driver license # and state. Everything security services tell you NOT to reveal.

I went on line to check things out....glad I did. I've never contacting Certegy.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
